The Coalition for a Tobacco-Free West Virginia is a statewide organization made up of member organizations and members-at-large. The mission of the Coalition for a Tobacco-Free West Virginia is to educate the public about tobacco-related issues and advocate for policies that reduce, with the intent to eliminate, tobacco use in West Virginia.

The West Virginia Division of Tobacco Prevention (WVDTP) is one of four divisions within the Office of Epidemiology and Health Promotion. The WVDTP funds prevention activities through its three programs: Youth Prevention, Clean Indoor Air and Cessation.
