The Coalition for a Tobacco-Free Louisiana (CTFLA) is a network of non-profit, state, and private organizations with a shared vision to prevent tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke. The Coalition aims to strengthen policies that protect against the harmful effects of tobacco and encourage smoke-free living. The Coalition is housed at the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI), which serves as its administrative home.

The Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco-Free Living (TFL) is a statewide tobacco control program funded by a state excise tax on tobacco passed in 2002. TFL envisions a healthier Louisiana through 100% tobacco-free living.
