The Smoke Free Arizona Act (Proposition 201) is a statute passed in Arizona passed in November 2006 that prohibits smoking in most indoor and outdoor placed. This website explains Prop 201 and what Arizona businesses will need to do to comply with the law. It also lays out the procedure for reporting any employer that is in violation. As well, the site provides useful information on the dangers of secondhand smoke, news and updates on how the Arizona Department of Health Services is using the "Smoke-Free Arizona Fund" established by the Smoke-Free Arizona Act.
